River Road Apartment Management is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers and keyboard-only navigation.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice for websites covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act.

What we have done

  • Every photo in our apartment galleries has a written description for screen readers.
  • Gallery controls, maps and virtual tours are labelled so they can be operated and understood without a mouse.
  • Every link, button and form field shows a visible outline when you reach it with the keyboard.
  • Text and background colors meet the contrast levels required by WCAG 2.1 AA.
  • Pages can be zoomed and enlarged on phones and tablets.
  • Each page has a descriptive title and heading structure, and a skip link to the main content.

This site was reviewed against WCAG 2.1 AA with automated testing and manual keyboard checks in September 2026, and we continue to review it as content changes.

Known limitations

Some apartment pages include a 3D virtual tour provided by Matterport, a third-party service whose viewer we do not control. If you cannot use the tour, the photo gallery on the same page shows the same apartment, and we are happy to describe the apartment or arrange a showing.
