Pistakee Road Apartments are a beautiful building on a side street near Dockers. You can easily walk to anything you would want to do in Fox Lake including parks, farmers markets, restaurants, and fishing. Each apartment includes a sleeve air conditioner and furnace heating that is included with rent. The complex is right next to Pistakee Lake with beautiful lake views, however it is not on Pistakee Lake so it does not have dock access.

These apartments are one bedroom with recently redone kitchens, new carpet, and beautiful bathrooms. There is plenty of closet space throughout the apartment including a coat closet, pantry, and double closet in the bedroom.

Rent includes: Sewer, water, heat, and garbage. Tenant pays for electricity which covers cooling and all other appliances as well as their own cable/internet.

  • Rental history: at least one positive year within the past two, verified by a landlord who is not family; a prior eviction or lease breach is grounds for denial
  • Application fee: $50 per adult
