The South Slusser Apartments are a beautiful brick, California style building located right next to the Grayslake Train Station. The building has a professionally maintained front yard. Only a 5 minute commute to downtown Grayslake with anything you may want to do. The building has both one and two bedroom apartments.
Each one bedroom apartment features a nice kitchen with a gas stove (gas included with rent) and large living room. There is lots of closet space throughout. There is a sleeve air conditioner in the bedroom. Rent includes: sewer, water, heat, and garbage. Resident pays electric (air conditioning and refrigerator) and their own cable and internet.
The two bedrooms are two stories with a entrance in front and back. The front entrance walks into the stairway and a large living room. Past the living room is a beautiful kitchen and the back entrance. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a recently remodeled bathroom. There is plenty of closet space on both levels. The apartment has central air conditioning and central heating.

- Credit score: 650 or higher, with a full credit check of every adult on the application; adverse history such as collections, judgments or bankruptcy can be declined
- Income: written proof of net income of at least three times the monthly rent (your two most recent paystubs if you are employed)
- Rental history: at least one positive year within the past two, verified by a landlord who is not family; a prior eviction or lease breach is grounds for denial
- Application fee: $50 per adult
